Just finished my first camp as a coach this week for gymnastics. I think the camp went really well. I have been on the gymnasts side at the national team camps for so many years that it was refreshing to have my perspectives changed and challenged a little bit this past week. I have a lot more respect for my coaches now that I have been one myself.
