Women's Team Finals - leave Alicia alone!

I had a chance to watch over the Women's Team Finals in Beijing as well. All I can say is that China snuck up on us. I was very confident in our ability to win that meet, but as John Roethlisberger pointed out in the this video, even if Alicia had hit the absolute highest scores of her life, we still wouldn't have won. And that's WITH a fall from China as well.

I think we just need to admit that out women's team is incredibly talented, but so are the Chinese. I didn't even think the judging was terrible. Any other thoughts?

I agree it wasn't all her fault! I also subrtacted the falls and we still wouldn't have won anyway. The scores weren't all totally fair but most of them were OK.
