Good table, but not to much spring

I like this vaulting table, especially when it is new. The top has great grip when it is new, but once it gets used for a while the top can get a little slick. The base is nice and stable, and the new model is FINALLY easy to move up and down. The models with older bases can be tough to adjust.

Vaulting Table

This vault is very durable. For beginners, it may seem a little scary considering how big and it is, but the comfort level is very high. The grips really allow you to place your hands on the table without letting it slip and ruining your vault. A great table for newcomers, intermediates, and pro's.

Pros: It has a great spring to it with its central support and the line down the center is great for placing your hands.

Cons: It can move after some vaults, so you may need to weight it down for larger athletes or moved back into position.
My Favorite of the Vaulting tables.

I have tried a number of different vaulting tables and this is my favorit. I think the central support is preferred to the dual support at the front and back that other tables have because it allows for the back to tilt and you block and then launch you into the air. I think the grip is great. I have teammates that do Tsuk vaults, handspring vaults, and yurchenko vaults and everyone has no problems with this table. I prefer the grip the the basketball style top of other tables, which I think is more prone to slipping. Also, the line that divides the table is great for hand placement on vautls.
