Pros: Gets you used to 1 pommel
Cons: Is too high to be realistic

I remember using one of these growing up and while I could do 40 or 50 one pommel circles on this thing, it does NOT translate to real life (up on the horse)
I highly recommend taking this thing off its base and using it on the ground. The learning curve is much tougher, but is ultimately worth it.
