More likely to use and wear this when less active. It does tend to slip upwards at times, don't like to always be pulling it back down. It does give me the support I need, less stress on my lower back. I tend to not curl my spine when I am wearing this support.
I cracked 3 vertebrae on a nasty high bar crash my freshman year in college and when I was coming back I wore this thing every day for floor and vault (at least). It's not so structured that you can't move, but the elastic squeezes tight and really helps to feel stable. It's easy to put on...overall just great.
It did break down a bit over time (the velcro weakened and so did its overall stability) - but still, they're pretty cheap.
