I use it under my grips when I get rips. It holds up pretty well. I have also used it to tape my ankle. It's pretty good athletic tape, but a bit pricey.
i use tape all the time. i go through so much in one practice. this is durable, price is not to exspencive, comfortable and its the only tape that i will use.
This is some of the best tape. I know that I use it for almost everything! Whether it's for tape grips under my dowels or for an ankle or wrist gaurd. When worst comes to worst I know that I can depend on the tape for anything. Once I even had to use it when my old ankle brace started to fall apart.
