ok this camp was awesome this year was my third year and i had a blast the coaches are really nice and skilled their not just any coach the lake front is a blastalso and the bungee tramp i went on it and if you do a certain amount of flips in a row you get a sticker and i got one and then if you do another amount you get a free slushie from the canteen i would recommend thisto anyone

I went to Lake Owen when i was younger, and had a really good experience.  It was a lot of fun, and helped you focus on new skills because the coaching there was excellent.  I also got to chat with Amanda Borden when I was there, and got a few pointers from her.  Id recommend this camp to anyone who is serious about learning new skills.

never a dull moment at all!!

This camp is so much fun! The gyms are amazing and full of equipment and large pits. There is definitely never a dull moment. If you're not doing gymnastics then you're either enjoying some time at the lake, going on the ropes course, or enjoying the many other activities they have set-up. I think that this is one of the best camps for girls to go to

I went to Lake Owen Gymnastics Camp three times when I was younger and I absolutely loved it! I knew that I was never going to be the next Shannon Miller or anything, but I loved the sport.  The week I spent at Lake Owen was such a nice change of pace from my regular structured practices. The coaches were great, the food was great and it was very eye opening in both learning new ways of approaching gymnastics and meeting other gymnasts from around the country.

This is an awesome camp espeacially for girls. I've been there 7 years and can't wait to go again. They have great equipment, great coaches, great food. However, i've hear it is not the best boys camp.
