Pros: Has wrist foam for smaller wrists and gymnasts getting used to grips. Velco allows for easy ajustment.
Cons: Stretch out pretty quick. Don't recommend for heavy gymnasts or elite gymnasts.
These were the first grips I ever got. Obviously you should get the size (0-2) that corresponds to your hand size. These worked out well for when I was a class 6 through class 4 or 3 (the current level 7 and 9). As I became a teenager, started doing lots of releases, one arm giants, and healy work, they could be broken in in a single turn and would only last maybe three months before I would get a new pair. Great for your first pair. I am on a team of college age guys and none of them wear ten-0 for high bar.
