Dan Gill's Competition High Bar Warmup:
- I started every day on High Bar the exact same way: jump up, build up a serious swing, swing half-turn, swing half-turn, swing hop half-turn, swing hop-half turn, blind change, reverse giant, early pirouette (so you don't end up going over the bar, you stay in reverse giants), reverse giant, pirouette, double layout dismount
- Second half of my routine generally with a watered down dismount
- Mount sequence
- Releases until I caught one
