Dan Gill's Competition High Bar Warmup:

  1. I started every day on High Bar the exact same way: jump up, build up a serious swing, swing half-turn, swing half-turn, swing hop half-turn, swing hop-half turn, blind change, reverse giant, early pirouette (so you don't end up going over the bar, you stay in reverse giants), reverse giant, pirouette, double layout dismount
  2. Second half of my routine generally with a watered down dismount
  3. Mount sequence
  4. Releases until I caught one
